Most mattresses today are one-sided: quilted on top only, with the best materials in the top half and no handles. Ours are quilted on both sides and completely reversible, with handles or a zippered cover and the highest-quality materials from top to bottom. We take a lot of pride in what we do, and we believe you should love your mattress.

What is natural latex?

From the Hevea tree
to your bedroom.

Natural latex comes from the Hevea brasiliensis tree, once found only in the Amazon rainforest. Like maple syrup, the mature tree is tapped for a milky white sap. That latex is shipped to the USA and transformed into mattress cores through the eight-step Talalay process.

The 8-step Talalay process

Liquid latex is poured into a mould, vacuum-expanded, flash-frozen and then cured. The result is remarkably consistent density and feel from edge to edge — and, unlike petroleum-based foams, a core that doesn't give off chemical odors as it ages.
